06/25/2023:  Franuca4 (Frank) has been hosting video chats online at https://www.twitch.tv/derbyfever  These twitch chats have been informative regarding the sim and how somethings kind of work.  I encourage to attend whenever possible when he is hosting them.  If you cannot attend they are recorded and you can go to the website and review them when you have time if interested.  Thank you! 

05/27/2023:  As many of you have noticed I am sure, we have had many changes or proposed changes to the sim that have or may occur in the future.  PLEASE, all members be patient.  Some of these changes are actually good and helping to prevent further exploits in the sim by some of those that don't know how to behave and trying to get the upper hand upon other members in the sim.  Thank each and every one of you for your participation and membership.  We really have a very nice group, and no one ever causes trouble and I appreciate that and thank you.
